Nova SMS Studio provides a bulk SMS console: contact management, campaigns, scheduling, sender IDs, analytics and a developer API. Accounts are for businesses and individuals who agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate contact details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything sent from your account, including via your API keys. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may only message recipients who consented to hear from you. Spam, fraud, harassment, and illegal content are forbidden. You must honor opt-out requests (such as STOP replies) promptly.
Sender IDs must be truthful — never impersonate another business, bank, or government body. We may suspend IDs or accounts that violate this rule, with or without notice.
Messaging costs 1 credit per SMS part per recipient. Credits are bought in Ghana cedis through our payment providers, never expire, and are non-refundable except where the law requires it or where we issue a goodwill refund.
Prices per credit depend on the bundle and may change for future purchases; your existing balance is unaffected. Failed payments add no credits.
We route messages through licensed gateway partners, but delivery depends on recipient networks and handsets. Delivery reports are provided as received and are indicative, not guaranteed. Scheduled and recurring messages send while your account is in good standing with sufficient credits.
We may rate-limit accounts to protect the network, and suspend accounts engaged in abuse, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Suspended balances are preserved pending review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credits remaining in your account. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business from delayed or undelivered messages.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app with at least 7 days notice. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance.
